Students are reminded of the issue of plagiarism when writing their thesis, specifically the copying (even unintentionally) without citing the source of parts of books, essays, theses, articles, or projects by other authors.
This constitutes the appropriation, through total or partial copying, of the authorship of someone else's work.
We therefore urge you to check your work and always cite the sources from which you derive texts and images.
In this regard, we refer to the following passage from the Code of Ethics and Conduct of Politecnico di Milano: "The Politecnico promotes the integrity of research, condemns plagiarism and violations of intellectual property, and provides opportunities for all those engaged in research activities to receive adequate training in research ethics and integrity."
